Today was my son's first birthday and my prior pool service company failed to arrive so I sprung into action and called at 1:10PM and spoke to Joyce. I explained to her that I'm having a pool party at 3PM and I needed my pool to be clean. Due to the last minute request she was uncertain of they will be able to clean the pool so she called both service techs and explained to them my situation. Joyce called me back and explained that it was going to be difficult to meet my last minute request. Ten (10) mins later she called me back and shared with me that one of her techs was going to rearrange his schedule to meet me at the house to clean the pool. I was shocked and excited. The gentlemen took 30 mins to clean and the pool was better than new and he took the time to explain that my cracked filter needed to be replaced.
